We picked up a new sponsor - SXIP - badges & lanyards

Tables - we’ll get an extra 6 tables and use the dance studio for dinner overflow, as well as encourage folks to eat elsewhere in the building

Looking into sandwiches.  Subway can’t accomodate us, so we’ll look for a local sub shop in West Seattle.  We’ll see about getting bagels from Zatz Bagels on California.

Andru will meet with caterer & Google tomorrow.

Google will bring swag to event.

Can’t get in touch with Nintendo.

Andru ordering paper tickets tomorrow… mailing them out on Monday.

We’ll look into t-shirts, but they were expensive last time.  We’ll have to see how we stand after other expenses.

Andru will drop an email for help with envelope stuffing.
