Met at Andru’s 9-19-06 at 7pm.  In attendance were Andru, Brian Dorsey, Stuart, and Brady (via Skype).

Discussions
* We discussed furniture needs and dinnertime room arrangements.  We decided to use the dance hall for overflow seating.
* Lunchtime: There were lots of leftover lunches at the last couple of camps.  We talked about ways to avoid that.  Andru will look into ordering Subway sandwiches.  Campers will already be bringing drinks and snacks, so we should only need to order subs.
* Andru will contact NW Harvest about conducting a food drive.
* Brady will check with Speakeasy to see if they’re willing to supplement Youngstown’s built-in wifi.
* Stuart will ask Justin to contact Seattle Wireless to see whether they’re planning to attend & if they still want to be involved.
* Andru will email the list re drumming up sponsorships.  Brady suggested soliciting micro-sponsorships (~$200 or less).
* Andru will email list re contacts at Nintendo.  They’d be a good choice for game tournament sponsor.
* We brainstormed a list of assets (things campers can expect to have on hand) and needs/requests.  Stuart will post on the wiki.
