April 20th Meeting

‘’‘Bold text’‘'We met at Andru’s house.  In attendance were Andru, Justin, Brian, Brady, Ario, and Stuart, joined by Doug on Skype and speakerphone.

* Mind Camp is sold out!
* Now’s the time to get people talking about collaborating & sessioning.
* Re Alex Barnett’s request for his wife to offer massage chair, we agreed this is a good idea.  Stuart emailed Alex w/ the thumbs up.
* Andru is looking for Sunday giveaways
* Doug gave an update re politicos.  No firm commitments yet, but someone will come.
* Discussion about doing the session board online or on paper - Do we want to set aside spots on the session board in advance of Saturday? We decided not to, since the logistics of doing this seemed especially problematic.
* email list should be up to date as of tonight.

==To-Dos - Event weekend==
===Friday===
* Setup rooms, etc.
* hang sponsor banners, etc.
* set up wireless? (maybe Sat am?)
* set up the wiki pages so that each talk can have a page.

===Saturday===
* hang session board in hallway.
* Doors open @ 11, intro at noon, lunch and signup after.
* We can use the outside space, if the weather is nice
* Sessions start at 2:00, until 6:00.
* Dinner at 6:00 - 8:00 - Sessions until whenever….
* We’ll use the IRC channel #mindcamp on freenode (ask Brian Rice to log the IRC chat)
* Ask the volunteers to help transcribe the session board onto the wiki.

===Sunday===
* breakfast at 8:00; sessions 9:00 - 11:00, wrap-up 11 - noon
* By word of mouth, we’ll spread the suggestion to request repeat sessions of any especially cool sessions
