==Positives==
* This is about ideas and sharing ideas
* Network was much better than last time
* Liked the sense of chaos - don’t want to over-organize
* Like keeping it local village, local people - (not going crazy with getting celebs)
* Jerseys were great to have.- very helpful to identify who could assist
* Sessions people liked
** Destroy the music industry
** RFID
** Breakfast
** Sleep hacks
** Werewolf

* Bigger names on the name tags, on both sidees
** Associations?

** Three words

* Want more diversity
** Not enough people hacking
** Coding competition?
* Schedule stuff past 11 pm
* Bag smaller rooms
** (Some people really like the small rooms)
** You could put a dot on the calendar next to the thing you’re interested in
* Too cold
* Wireless network sucked
* Like the open space of the last one - would like more flexibility in the space
* No closed doors (open door policy)
* Hallway was crowded - hard to check out session grid
* Lottery system & web-based signup?
* Digital clock in every room that blinks at 45 minutes
* Put name of what was going on on outside of door
* More smaller shorter sessions, some longer sessions

* Put mashup/robot sessions at 11 pm
* Don’t raise ticket price
* More coffee
* Bigger cups
* Good number of people - more would be overflow - better energy Sunday morning
* Lack of good open space is drawback
* Leave spaces open, or leave boxes open for scheduling later sessions
* The Rapid Discovery Slam was excellent & want more of those
* Want more archiving - video all of the sessions
* Would like a gadget show-and -tell
* How to get more people to stay on Sunday
** Maybe go later in the day on Sunday, or have a ringer for Sunday
** Have more going on through the night, so they’ll want to stay.
** Have prizes at 5 am.
