Phase One:
* Start with the people on the current Mind Camp mailing list
* invite people by phone or in person so that they get the message (cuts through the email noise); also, they’ll get that this is a cool thing
* Aim to select, by invitation, a core group of 50 people

Phase Two
* Once we have the first 50 campers, we throw the registration open to anyone else who wants to come
* We blog about it, talk about it, etc.

For all registrants, for both phases:
* In order to register, respondents send an email to register@seattlemind.com
* We’ll use Mollyguard as an internal tool to track registrations
* The email should contain name, affiliation, two things you are excited about and want to talk about and one thing you want to learn about.

For legal & liability purposes, no one under 18 will be admitted.

If people show up who haven’t registered, we can ask them to wait until we see how many no-shows we have. The person in charge of registration can make a judgement call about letting them in or not.
