Here are some rough notes from the lightning talks, feel free to fill in more details!

=== First Session - Saturday 9pm ===

* CommunityWiki:MetaphysicalCode (http://www.communitywiki.org/en/MetaphysicalCode)—presented by LionKimbro, requested by Justin Martenstein
* Helpshare.com overview and questions— Adam Loving
* MarklarProxy - turn every noun on the internet into the word Marklar.—Brian Dorsey
* Various things—Ali Rizvi
** How do you research gadgets?
** [http://www.sketchup.com/ Sketchup.com]
** Behavior driven development.
* “If web2.0 is all that and a bag of chips, how come we planned mind camp via email?”—Stuart Maxwell
* The Five dollar alarm system. (Theft prevention for Honda Accords by disabling the fuel pump.)—Galen
* Idea: Linux distribution for people who want to easily host all of their own data.—David
* RSS - duplicates are annoying - can we trace posts back to their source?—Rob
* Developer Productivity tips discussion—Ryan Davis
** Shut off email and browser.
** Physically move out of the office - you’ll focus better and people can’t bug you.
** Erlang
** ctags - [http://ctags.sourceforge.net/ Exuberant Ctags]
** Test Driven Development

=== Second Session - Sunday 9am ===

* RMI with YAML in Ruby - If we add a Python interface to it, we could have seamless cross language integration.—Ryan Davis
* Electric Propulsion - Instead of charging electric scooters, keep a spare battery charging at work and swap.—Keith Perez
* Various things—Ali Rizvi
** Are their any cross service tag searching apps?
*** http://gada.be/
** What has been good and bad at mind camp so far?
*** Good: the 2 minute discovery Jam.
*** Good: the diversity is better this time.
*** Good: Early programming history - Nancy liked to hear programmer storytelling.
*** Good: box.net
*** Bad: Too much good stuff - we’re missing things.
* Brainstorming - how to do it in groups? Discussion—Jesse
** Start with a visual: do tag searches in flicker and see what the images make you think of.
** Lay down on the floor instead of sitting at a table.
** “Whack pack” (?) and similar idea stimulating card packs?
** It’s really about ideas playing together.
** Make some sort of card passing game?
** What about trying the telephone game, but with everyone trying to add something to the ideas?
* Etelos developer kit - It’s some sort of platform to make websites with.—Eric Berto
* A few things I’m doing to make using windows better - Brian Dorsey
** Using [http://bb4win.sourceforge.net/bblean/ bblean], an alternate windows shell, to get virtual dekstops working nicely in windows. One workspace per active project.
** Using [http://www.autohotkey.com/ AutoHotKey] to make application launching and bringing to the foreground use the same keystrokes. Specifically: typing Windows-g, then g will always give me a GVim window, starting it if needed.
** For apps which do funny things with standard keys, fix them with AutoHotKey
* Activity: use the phone game for brainstorming - Jesse
** We actually took five minutes and tried out the idea of doing the telephone game in a group of 10 or so people to brainstorm an idea.
* Give me a topic and I’ll BS about it - (missed the name)
** Topic given was: How can we use a whole dance floor to play a game of tetris?
* Iran/US nuclear fallout video—Ario Jafarzadeh
