* A few things I’m doing to make using windows better - Brian Dorsey
** Using [http://bb4win.sourceforge.net/bblean/ bblean], an alternate windows shell, to get virtual dekstops working nicely in windows. One workspace per active project.
** Using [http://www.autohotkey.com/ AutoHotKey] to make application launching and bringing to the foreground use the same keystrokes. Specifically: typing Windows-g, then g will always give me a GVim window, starting it if needed.
** For apps which do funny things with standard keys, fix them with AutoHotKey

** We actually took five minutes and tried out the idea of doing the telephone game in a group of 10 or so people to brainstorm an idea.
